7 Rivers High School Team
2023-2024 was the inaugural year for the 7 Rivers High School Team, a Co-op between Sparta School District and Tomah Area School District. In addition to competing in three competitions in Wisconsin, the 7 Rivers High School Team performed in the club's Spring Ice Show.

Intro to Synchro Team
Started during the 2021-2022 Season, the 7 Rivers Synchronized Skating Team program has grown significantly! The Synchronized Skating Teams practices will begin during the Winter Session, each team will perform in the Winter Showcase and Spring Ice Show. For the 2024-25 Season, there will be two Synchronized skating teams.

Competition Synchro Team
For the 2024-25 Season, there will be two Synchronized Skating teams with the goal of having balanced levels and preparing skaters to eventually compete at the Pre-Juvenile or Open Juvenile level at Synchronized Skating events.
