7 Rivers FSC is an independent Non-Profit Organization that is ran exclusively by volunteers.  Our Board of Directors are elected by club voting members and serve 2-Year terms.  Listed below are the 2025-26 Season officers and contact information.

VOLUNTEER (WORK) REQUIREMENTS
Families of Basic Skills, Aspire, and Freestyle skaters must complete and log a minimum of 12 Volunteer Hours throughout the season. Volunteer opportunities are announced by email and on Facebook as they become available.
 

If your skater participates in the Winter Showcase or Spring Ice Show, additional volunteer time is required, including:

•  Helping with one shift before or during the Winter Showcase

•  Working one setup shift during Spring Show Tech Week

•  Volunteering for two shifts during the Spring Shows

•  Completing one assigned teardown task after the final Spring Show

If your skater is not participating in the Spring Show, you may
request a reduced requirement of 4 Volunteer Hours and opt out of Tech Week/Show shifts. Please send an email to sevenriversfsc@hotmail.com to let us know.

TRACKING YOUR VOLUNTEER (WORK) HOURS
Each family is responsible for registering for and tracking their volunteer time in Uplifter. To view

your hours:

1.  Click on your name in the upper right corner of Uplifter.

2.  Select “My Account.”

3.  Click the Volunteer icon in the gray banner to see your registered positions.

If you don’t see a volunteer position listed in Uplifter, please contact us so we can help.

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

Families of Basic Skills, Aspire, and Freestyle skaters are required to help fundraise a total profit of $150 during the season.

7RFSC Main Fundraisers:

Fall: Kozy’s Pizza Sale

Winter: Kwik Trip Gift Card Sale, Top Pop Popcorn (new this year) and Business / Happy Ads for our Spring Show Program

Families who prefer not to participate in fundraising may choose to “Buy Out” of the requirement.


Families with skaters not participating in the Spring Ice Show may request an adjusted fundraising goal of $100 profit by emailing sevenriversfsc@hotmail.com.

Skaters that pass Learn to Skate and participate in only the Mini-Spring Skating Session are exempt from fundraising and volunteer requirements.
